Removed whole Libya, I suppose you want to track promises and not opinions. He was basically just talking about events that happened in past, there is nothing he can do about this any more and so there is nothing to track. |

Setup
Install Jekyll and Bundler:
gem install jekyll bundler
bundle install
bundle exec jekyll serve
Site is now running at localhost:4000
