Hello. I am making a social media site (kinda like a mix of Reddit and 3DSPaint). It is called InternetLand. The slogan (for now) is "An Internet Paradise". I will eventually have a verification system via email. If on 3DS, I'd recommend Mobile Gmail as it is easy to use. There is also Yahoo!. It may work on DSi as well but it will probably be hard. Luckily for you, I won't use this to steal data. I won't force it unless you have lots of accounts being made at once. It will still be recommended as I can verify your account more easily that way when I get stuff like that working. Basically, there will be:
Chatroom
DMs
Profiles with CSS
Blogs
Games + Leaderboards
Posts and Comments + Forums
Groups
DSiView (kinda like DSiTube on home4DSi)
Fan Sites made by people like you!! :]
and more
Obviously, it will take a while. I probably can't have videos or images due to the limits of Neocities. Also, it may require multiple hosts (i.e. one for mobile/pc and another for legacy) to get as far back as DSi but it works fine on Mobile, 3DS (old too), and PC. I am planning to have a tier system of power. No, it isn't really based off popularity. It's based off of random BS I make up for power. I will list it here as lowest to highest.
Regular Members:
Guest - Can view stuff, but that's it.
New Members - Accounts recently made and might not be safe.
Verified Members - Members that were verified. This means that I can prove that they aren't likely to be just bots.
Heavily Verified Members - They have a more detailed check mark. If people keep faking as another person, I will give the real person a different verification mark and more.
Mods:
User Mods - Simply moderate a specific user or themselves.
User Admins - Can post directly on certain profiles other than comments or their own/friends if they are given admin.
Group Mods - Can moderate certain groups (permissions changeable other than what even admins can't below)
Group Admins - Have all permissions in a group except deleting, renaming, or changing mod powers. Only thing that can be changed is changing mod users.
Group Owner - Owns Group and has all permissions.
Site Group Mods - Can delete comments and posts if it's way too bad. Basically, no p0rn. I mostly have free speech including normally "bad" stuff.
Site Group Admins - If things get too bad, the whole group can be deleted. It wouldn't likely need to delete the owners/group mods + admins. Unless it's "club penguin", I won't even force a ban with NSFW until it's just constant.
Chatroom Admin - Moderates chatroom. Basically, if you don't spam, constantly advertise, or show p0rn nobody cares.
Profile Admins - Will moderate newer profiles. If it is a sub-profile on an older user, it wouldn't need moderation. Also, if it's "controversial", someone will check it and if it's not ban or suspend worthy, it wouldn't likely have issues.
Blog Admins - Moderate Blogs. They can also feature them.
Game/Leaderboard Admins - No one cares if you cheat assuming you don't try to submit your score or you say that it used glitches so it will be put in a separate category.
DSiView Mods - Can remove comments on 500x500 gif files
DSiView Admins - Can remove gifs because of reasons such as 500x500 or copyright BS.
Fan Site Admins - Basically, no NSFW.
Forum Admins - Basically, don't go too far with insults, no copyright infringement stuff (tho that is kinda vague), and no sharing stuff like malware and viruses. Also, no spamming/advertising unless that is the main point of the forum or it would be helpful in that case (such as a YouTube video showing how to do something made by you or a friend).
Site Wide Admins - Moderate the whole site. Good luck getting this.
Owner(s) - OH LOOK IT'S ME! I run everything and I own you (jk about the owning you part)
I obviously don't have that many people available, so most admins will likely be site wide until further notice (other than for groups/profiles where you can set your own obviously). If you fear a ban is unfair supposedly, I will hopefully have a whole courtlike chat room system. Also, I will allow bots assuming I verify them. Note: I still have so much work to do, so don't expect most of this anytime soon.

Update 2: I will need to wait a while before doing most of this. I will still plan giving most mods ofc. I cant use neocities as its static hosting. Also, only have a 2TB Hard Drive and a laptop to host. I need to learn things like PHP and get a domain. I know one possible option luckily and can get a ten year long domain there. Basically, expect it to take a while to be made xD

I am not currently developing it. Don’t have a way to host and Neocities is static only sadly so basically it wouldn’t work either way. Think I changed it to be used for the ATTU site.
