Its stagnancy cannot and should not directly translate to it "sucking". Whether someone likes or dislikes the app itself is their opinion, just like this post is my opinion. As is how highly we think of the Saviis other people make. Judgement of the nature of the app has to be separate from lack of maintenance and updates. That doesn't change the obvious reliance it has on fresh content. It is very unfortunate that Saviis are standing still. Especially true since there were bright plans not only to expand their features and scope, but also to provide new batches of avatar parts every so often. While luster has been lost to time, I think Saviis still have an opportunity (albeit a shrinking one) to get back on track.
Catch my drift.

In my opinion, I am not a big fan of them. Cool idea but annoying. For example, we still can't make Saviis on 3DSPaint removing much reason to make them (other than one). If it had more (or at least a 3DSPaint port), I would use it more.
