I've optimised my website for the SSR mode of the Nintendo DS browser, including creating some content especially for the browser.

Use the 'skip navigation' link at the top of each screen to jump straight to its content.

I've tried to make my whole site accessible using the NDS, but I've also made some content especially for it:

My main website

My main website runs to over 600 pages. It won't all work on the DS browser (there's no flash or video support, for example, and the games in the main part of the site won't work), but most content should be readable.
